We recently converted from another program that was almost twice the price and used a touch screen. Smallbiz converted our data (services & stock, sales, customers, chemical etc) from our previous system into theirs and we now run the Smallbiz Software in touch screen mode. The Smallbiz service and training is vastly superior to the other (very expensive) system. The Smallbiz system also has substantially better reporting and flexibility. We have found it very easy to use and the staff have had no problems.

Ive used Smallbiz for a number of years and I am very happy with the program and company. I wont say we havent had any problems, because we have, mainly when converting from the DOS system to the new Windows system. All computers have problems (ask anyone who works with them all day) and I judge Smallbiz by how they fix them. It really helps that, when necessary, you can deal with people that know salons and are open to suggestions. The phone support is excellent. The system is very easy to use and even new staff members have minimal problems.

I have been using Smallbiz for less than 12 months. I had never used a computer before and was scared that it would be difficult for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. We have had a few problems, but they were easily sorted out by the help line. The help line people are great and really know how salons work.

SmallBiz is the second hairdressing program that I have used. I changed over to Smallbiz because it offered a large number of features that were not available on my old program. Over the years I have looked at many other programs, but have never been tempted to change. All of the other programs, even up to now, only seem to being playing catch up, many of their improvements are features that I have taken for granted for years. The program seems to improve each month, often because they listen to their users (like me). I can easily download the latest version at any time. Running the salon with out this program would not be as easy as it is now. We use most of its features and everyone in the salon is very relaxed with it.
